Holy cow the weather has been great, and is going to be for the next 3 days it looks like. There was a few boats that went out towards the horse shoe 230 deg and stopped and fished in 55ft of water and did good, and the rest are still going to the Point of Pins 120degs to 55ft of water and trolling out to 65ish. The program is the same as all summer the fish are deeper.
Well the charters came back in today with lots of walleyes, good sign they didn’t move out with all that wind. They went East to the Point of Pins and start fishing in 55ft of water just South of the Black Stake. Yes the fish are still deep. Looking at the 5 day wind forcast it looks like we should be able to fish all the days a coming, the highest I see is about 6 mph.
Wow looks like the wind is gone of a few days, lets get out and do some fishing. The last spot was about 6 to7 miles East and start fishing in about 65 ft of water. riggers down 50ft range and dipsys back 140 to 160 on 3 settings. After today we will have a better idea.
