Wow losts of wind Monday, and some yesterday afternoon.  A couple of boats went East and they caught a few fish, one had 5 eyes and 3 steelhead, he was out in 75ft of water and another I talked to was inside and took 4 steelhead and 2 eyes. It has been tough fishing because of the weather, they are saying no wind for this morning, well they are full of it.

Not too many boats leaving the harbour today. Strong S/SW winds ranging from 9-15knots throughout the day is what the Sail Flow is reading. Yesterday, the East location of 65-70ft of water heading North of the gas wells seemed to be the most productive spot. There were reports of decent numbers with more steelhead than walleye and they were mostly caught on darker colours like purples. The hottest spoon was UV Pluto. Downriggers were down 50-55ft and dipsies set back about 160ft on a 3 setting. Wind is supposed to slow down by tomorrow morning.

Water is beginning to get pretty choppy by the sounds of it this morning. Report is that there were a few boats at the same East location, and catching some steelhead and a few walleyes.  Some boats are saying to move into 65ft of water. The trick is if you catch some mark that spot and fish it.
