The fishing was not to bad yesterday considering the weather, man it got rough if you were out 5 or 6 miles.  They took a few walleyes West and also a few steelhead out to the SE, have not heard any reports yet today but when I do I will post.

Well the weather was not very good this morning, until 9ish it broke then the boats started going out.  The last report of fish was still West past the rifle range in 35ft of water.  They were running Planner boards with body baits that dive down around 25ft ( bombers, Hotlips, Walleye bandits) back 50 to70ft. They are using dipsys back 50 to 90 ft.  They were talking about a few boats that went East aropund the Point of Pins and caught a few steelhead.  The weather for the next few days looks good so lets get out there and fish.

Well in the last couple of days the fishing seems to be picking up.  The boats are coming in with 5 to 7 fish one had 15 last night.  They are are fishing the same spot, start at the rifle range in 30ft of water and troll towards Dealtown. The fish seem to be closer to the bottom, they are running bodybaits  (bombers, hotlips, walleye bandts) back 50 to 70ft back off the plannerboards. One guy was running 5 colour leadcore with bodybaits on and caught a few. There is still some steelhead at the Point of Pins (white stake) guys are catching a few there.
