Fishing was alittle slow yesterday, way to much East winds.  The fish are still down West off Dealtown.  Body baits off the planner boards are working the best, we fished last night and and found trolling faster worked better (Like 3.4 mph).  Some people are using dipsyes and catching a few, they are on a 3 setting back 120ft.

Well that was a little bigger than a walleye chop yesterday, but the hand full of boats that when out still caught fish.  One of the boats caught fish in 35ft of water between Erieau and the rifle range, he took 3 walleyes and a steelhead. It was the same program with the body baits.  I see the wind is up this morning but, after this sounds like it is going to be good for a few days.   Hey whatz this no one can catch a $100.00 sheephead!!!

The walleye fishing just keeps getting better and better. SW about 6 to 7 miles this puts you in 55 to 60ft of water.  The body baits are working the best still, and colour don’t really matter you just have to fish in the 20 to 30 foot range.
