Hey we saw some steelhead yesterday, 175 deg out of the horbour for 15 miles. We are hoping that the SW winds are bring them in closer. But the Walleye are still going crazy, they are 220deg for 4 miles (middle two # 13/59),this puts you in about 40ft of water. Some guys are trolling West and others are staying right on the numbers. planner boards are working the best for catching the Walleyes with  Rapala taildancer 150ft, lots of guys are also using Hotlips back 75ft.     The legion is having bonus daily prize for July 12th and 13th for biggest fish, it $50 bucks!!

Boats went everywhere yesterday, but the best spot was still West up behind Dealtown in 35ft of water. The boats that went East caught a few fish and they were using dipsyes. The boats that went West were still running the planer boards and body bait program.

The walleyes are from Dealtown, East to the Point Pins, but don’t get out to deep 35 to 45ft of water. Had a few boats go East last night 3miles in 40ft of water and catch a bunch of eyes. They were running the same program Planner boards and bodybaits, bombers and walleye drives back 150ft and Hotlips back 60 to 75ft  I also heard that some steelhead were caught a long ways out like 18 to 20 miles South.
